• Deliver IT services to address the urgent needs of clients, including VIPs and executives.
• Execute ticket processing and manage resolution with comprehensive documentation.
• Offer technical support via phone, email, and instant messaging to users remotely.
• Address trouble tickets to resolve user issues and create trouble tickets to monitor and resolve problems.
• Provide support for applications and assist with software installation/configuration.
• Oversee team productivity and quality, offering individual feedback.
• Public Trust Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
• ITILv4 Foundation Training and Certification (to be acquired within 120 days post-hire).
• High School Diploma along with 2-7 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Windows desktop support.
• At least two (2) years of practical knowledge of remote tools.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, web browsers, and fundamental functions of Active Directory.
