Junior Commercial Analyst – Digital Account

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engaging with inactive customers through proactive outreach;

• Analyzing reasons for customer churn and implementing strategies to mitigate it;

• Collaborating with internal teams to address and resolve issues;

• Strengthening the account's value proposition and highlighting its benefits;

• Recording interactions and deriving insights;

• Following up with customers who have been reactivated.

• Background in customer service or sales;

• Experience providing support through WhatsApp;

• Possessing an analytical mindset with a focus on targets;

• Proactive approach to enhancing the customer journey;

• Preferably experienced in fintech, digital accounts, or payment solutions.
