This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee trade relationships and pricing for the company's product lineup, including both Zenpep and Vowst.
• Manage connections with wholesalers, specialty distributors, and specialty pharmacies.
• Conduct regular business reviews to ensure that KPIs and service level agreements are achieved.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and address pharmacy omissions by monitoring and adjusting daily inventory with distribution partners.
• Report customer orders to the finance department weekly and modify wholesaler orders if expectations are not fulfilled.
• Supervise the EDI process (844/852/867) from wholesaler setup to internal reporting.
• Develop and revise Government Pricing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain team on 3PL wholesaler/customer accounts, including account setup, weekly orders, and invoicing.
• Work alongside finance to review chargebacks for eligibility and accuracy in line with contract terms.
• Ensure adherence to DSCSA regulations.
• Collaborate with the Director, Trade, Pricing, and Payer Marketing, as well as the Associate Director, Pricing and Contracting, on deal modeling for customer contracts and reporting.
• Organize weekly contracting meetings with business partners and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly pricing calculations.
• Monitor State and Federal Government transparency obligations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is required.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in Market Access operations within the Pharmaceutical or Biopharma sector is essential.
• A solid understanding of Pharmaceutical industry pricing and trade structures, as well as Government pricing and reporting requirements, is necessary.
• Experience in daily management of distribution partners, 3PL management, and dynamics of the US drug channel is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written), organizational abilities, presentation expertise, and stakeholder management skills are crucial, including the capability to cultivate and sustain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Must be willing and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Proven proficiency with EDI 844/852/867 and inventory reporting systems is required.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills are essential, along with an analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to navigate through change management and business transformation is necessary.
• Must be team-oriented with the capacity to influence and lead across key business functions in a matrix environment.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Veeva or Microsoft Power BI is highly preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% based on team and business requirements are necessary.
