This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee and address intricate issues related to orders, billing, credit, and logistics with Distributors, serving as the primary contact for critical situations;
• Enhance order entry processes by identifying and executing improvements that boost efficiency and minimize errors;
• Cultivate and sustain a strategic commercial relationship with Distributors, anticipating their requirements and ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams at SRB;
• Generate and uphold comprehensive reports and analyses concerning order performance, inventory, and service levels, offering strategic insights for commercial management;
• Actively engage in defining and reviewing commercial policies, providing insights on distributor and consumer relationships;
• Ensure product and pricing lists are consistently updated and communicate any changes clearly and proactively to distributors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commercial Management, or related fields;
• Advanced/intermediate skills in Microsoft Office;
• Advanced/intermediate proficiency in English;
• Experience in order management and customer relationship management;
• Knowledge of billing, credit, and logistics processes.
• The following will be considered advantageous:
• Experience with SAP;
• Experience with HubSpot CRM.
