This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Take charge of pricing evaluations and manage the approval processes for customer quotations, bids, and contracts.
• Conduct analyses on profitability, sensitivity, and risk to back pricing recommendations and decision-making, assessing deal economics such as margin analysis, discounting, and exception management.
• Examine GPO, IDN, and local deal structures, along with commercial terms and approvals, to ensure adherence to internal policies and delegated authority limits.
• Assist in the development, governance, training, and compliance of pricing policies throughout the commercial team.
• Serve as a business leader and subject matter expert in CPQ processes, workflows, and user engagement, collaborating with Sales Operations, IT, and commercial stakeholders to identify and prioritize enhancements to CPQ.
• Guide, mentor, and develop three direct reports who are responsible for quoting, contracts, and/or bid support activities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
• Over 7 years of experience in finance, business, and analysis, including the use of ERP systems, CPQ, and/or CRM.
• At least three years of prior supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with pricing tools and models.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, to construct and evaluate complex financial models.
