This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with clients to offer support, training, product insights, account evaluations, and more.
• Oversee retention initiatives for clients who have requested cancellations or exhibit signs of being at risk.
• Ensure a smooth and well-documented transition to internal teams such as marketing, client growth, or website development.
• Serve as an advocate for the needs of clients.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with clients.
• Address client issues with a sense of urgency.
• Keep precise records of client interactions (e.g., logging activities in Salesforce and internal systems, ensuring timely and accurate entries).
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in business or communications.
• Prior experience in a support or customer service role.
• Professional demeanor.
• Reliable work habits and a strong work ethic.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to multitask and work independently towards deadlines.
• Proficient project coordination abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in small group settings.
• Positive attitude and trustworthy character.
• Proactive approach to initiate and complete projects and tasks.
• Capability to understand and effectively communicate detailed information regarding our services and systems.
• Familiarity with the real estate industry and profession is an advantage, but not essential.
