Junior Claims Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the evaluation and management of all contractual claims, both incoming and outgoing, involving clients and subcontractors.

• Carefully gather, organize, and analyze essential documentation, such as contracts, correspondence, and technical reports, to bolster claim initiatives.

• Maintain thorough claims registers and administrative records, ensuring precise filing and archiving of all communications related to claims.

• Aid in the formulation of formal claim notifications, rebuttals, and settlement agreements under the supervision of senior personnel.

• Collaborate effectively with various internal teams to collect necessary information and guarantee adherence to contractual deadlines and obligations.

• Play a role in dispute resolution processes and the identification of contractual risks within solar energy projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

• 2–4 years of experience in contract management, legal support, project administration, or claims handling.

• Fundamental understanding of commercial contracts, contractual obligations, and key principles of contract law.

• Familiarity with solar energy projects, photovoltaic (PV) systems, and associated infrastructure.

• Proficient in German (C2) and English (C2) for both written and verbal communication.

• Exhibits analytical thinking, strong organizational abilities, and a willingness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
