• Deliver prompt assistance to our customer base via e-mail, phone, and WhatsApp, with a constant focus on providing the best possible experience;
• Monitor and organize claims requests within our systems, ensuring everything remains clear and up to date;
• Aid in the management of company metrics by generating reports, analyses, and forecasts;
• Coordinate with insurers, regulators, and partners;
• Assist the operations team’s processes to guarantee smooth and efficient workflows;
• Collaborate with internal departments to foster technical and institutional alignment;
• Conduct technical and analytical evaluations of claims regulation processes;
• Strong understanding of insurance processes.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or nearing completion.
• Capability to learn and utilize new tools and technologies;
• Friendly and courteous customer service abilities;
• Experience in fast-paced environments with high data volumes and critical decision-making.
• Analytical, curious, and detail-oriented mindset;
• Effective communication skills, with the capacity to clearly and objectively explain analyses and decisions;

• Zendesk: Familiarity with the ticketing tool is essential, as all written customer service interactions (e-mail and WhatsApp) and SLA metrics are centralized on this platform.
• Confluence: Understanding of or aptitude for the tool is beneficial, as the new team member will assist in documenting the area’s processes within this system.
