Junior Civil Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Review, analyze, and draft contracts.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of tender notices (bidding documents).

• Ensure adherence to relevant laws and safeguard the company's interests.

• Recognize and address contractual risks.

• Practice Civil Law, offering both advisory (consultative) and contentious (litigation) legal services.

• Become a part of the firm's legal team.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 (three) years of demonstrated experience in contracts and tenders.

• Capability to identify and mitigate contractual risks.

• Current knowledge of legislation relevant to contracts and public tenders.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
