This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Assist in developing the customer portfolio through proactive prospecting initiatives.
• Identify and target potential clients by researching and qualifying opportunities utilizing industry tools, networking events, and databases.
• Initiate and maintain client relationships through calls, emails, and meetings to comprehend needs and promote Luxaviation One's customized charter solutions.
• Aid in the creation of commercial offers and quotations for End Users (UHNWI and corporate entities).
• Support the negotiation of commercial terms and the contracting of tailored charter services.
• Prepare contractual and operational documents (quotations, contracts, flight briefings, crew briefings).
• Help organize and plan charter flights operated by Luxaviation Group aircraft or selected third-party operators.
• Oversee mission preparation and support the management of ongoing flights from start to finish.
• Welcome VIP passengers during departures and arrivals, ensuring a premium client experience and fostering long-term relationships.
• Contribute to operational feasibility studies (airfield suitability, firefighting services, aircraft performance, permits, etc.) in collaboration with internal teams.
• Assist with invoicing and payment follow-up for commercial operations.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or Master's degree (Bac +5) in engineering, aviation, or commercial studies.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience; prior experience or internship in business aviation, charter sales, or a related field is a significant advantage.
• A genuine interest in sales and aviation operations.
• Energetic, dynamic, possessing a strong team spirit and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proactive and solution-oriented.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting abilities.
• Native or fluent in Italian, and fluent in English.
• Capability to manage stress with discretion, courtesy, and professionalism.
• Impeccable presentation and punctuality.
• Valid driver's license.
