This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee the onboarding process for carriers by offering technical advice and managing administrative requirements.
• Manage system implementations and coordinate project activities.
• Deliver training for essential users and provide ongoing assistance.
• Build and nurture customer relationships.
• Advise on carrier procedures and recommend appropriate Transporeon solutions.
• Fluency in German and English (knowledge of additional languages is advantageous).
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, project coordination, or customer support.
• Outstanding communication skills with the capability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
• High level of organizational reliability and a proactive approach.
• Additional points for prior experience in the Supply Chain or Logistics sector.
• Basic understanding of SaaS solutions or Project Management practices.
• Formal certification in Project Management, such as PRINCE2.
