Junior Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the VP of Business Development with daily operations and strategic initiatives — from analysis through to implementation.

• Collaborate within the central operations team, gaining direct exposure to operational matters.

• Manage varying tasks and projects while quickly adapting to new topics.

• Conduct research, compile data, and create well-founded materials for decision-making.

• Oversee cross-functional projects and maintain a comprehensive view of concurrent initiatives.

• Utilize tools such as Claude and Google Space to streamline processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent qualification — recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Preliminary experience in Business Development, consulting, sales, or a related field is beneficial, such as through internships or student positions.

• A keen interest in operational topics and a desire to understand and influence processes.

• A motivated and proactive working style, along with a collaborative team-player attitude.

• Excellent communication skills when engaging with various stakeholders.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude and Google Space is a significant advantage.
