This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• You will be the initial point of contact for prospective clients and serve as our main representative.
• Collaborating daily with all teams, you will lead our sales strategy initiatives.
• Your responsibilities include identifying and qualifying opportunities within the French market for the sales team.
• You will focus on prospecting mid-market companies and enterprise accounts: identifying and reaching out to decision-makers to understand their challenges and secure meetings to present our offerings.
• You will manage a variety of inbound inquiries, assess their potential, and determine the appropriate next steps.
• You will develop your outbound prospecting and acquisition strategy to identify and create the most ambitious commercial opportunities.
• You will actively participate in building the Business Development team and shaping its strategic direction.
• You possess prior experience in sales.
• You are a proactive individual who does not shy away from challenges.
• You exhibit empathy and can swiftly grasp the needs of your contacts.
• You are an excellent communicator, both in writing and verbally: you can quickly establish rapport and effectively articulate complex proposals to senior stakeholders.
• You demonstrate conviction and determination in persuading your interlocutors.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong reasoning skills, feeling comfortable both in written and spoken communication.
