This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Frame business challenges, collect and model data, rigorously test conclusions, and present findings directly to leadership.
• Structure broad and ambiguous inquiries, ascertain data needs, and independently drive analyses.
• Create business cases, financial models, forecasts, and KPI dashboards utilized by founders and executives.
• Identify operational constraints, design enhanced processes, and assist in their implementation across teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage special projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare strategic documents, performance evaluations, and investment memos.
• Simplify complex analyses into succinct, evidence-based executive narratives.
• Collaborate directly with founders and the executive team on an AI companionship platform serving over 50 million users.
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience at a Big4 or comparable top-tier consulting firm within a Strategy or Operations practice.
• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, sensitivity tables, and intricate formulas.
• Capable of developing financial models, business cases, and analyses from the ground up.
• Skilled at creating polished, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
• Proficient in structuring ambiguous problems through hypotheses and identifying data to validate or refute explanations.
• Comfortable independently scoping work and driving it in a remote environment.
• Fully fluent in English.
• Comfortable working with products based on uncensored models and content.
• Available for regular daily overlap with Central European Time (CET).
• Willing and able to operate under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence.
• 4 weeks (20 working days) of paid time off annually.
