Junior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Connect business needs with IT solutions.

• Evaluate the effects of technological changes on existing business processes and current technologies.

• Record requirements and decompose intricate initiatives in alignment with agile/MVP principles.

• Advocate for UI/UX best practices throughout the design and development phases.

• Oversee the delivery of solutions through sprints encompassing planning, refining, developing, testing, and releasing activities.

• Negotiate adjustments to the scope with the Scrum team and business stakeholders.

• Promote knowledge transfer and encourage change management initiatives.

• Investigate system defects and support the verification and validation of fixes.

• Collaborate with QA to create and/or assess test plans and assist with testing as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional communicator (both written and verbal) with experience in stakeholder management.

• A problem solver with strong analytical skills.

• Proficient in project management and negotiation capabilities.

• An inquisitive individual who enjoys learning new concepts.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are preferred.

• Strong abilities in project management and negotiation.

• Experience in an agile work environment.
