Junior BI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and manage dashboards, reports, and management panels utilizing Microsoft Power BI.

• Collect requirements from various business sectors to identify information needs.

• Conduct data modeling and develop metrics along with performance indicators (KPIs).

• Extract, transform, and integrate data from diverse sources.

• Assist in data analysis and derive insights to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and promptness of information delivered to users.

• Engage in ongoing improvement efforts for BI processes and data governance.

• Compile technical and functional documentation for the reports and indicators developed.

• Offer user support for utilizing analytical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or in-progress Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for dashboard creation, data modeling, and DAX.

• Knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.

• Familiarity with ETL, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence principles.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data effectively.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business areas.

• Experience working with Oracle databases.

• Familiarity with the Snowflake platform.

• Experience or knowledge in data integration and ETL processes.

• Understanding of data governance and quality assurance concepts.

• Knowledge of processes and KPIs relevant to the Construction, Real Estate Development, Engineering, and Real Estate industries.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
