This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
β’ Evaluate aviation-related data to facilitate informed decisions regarding flight paths, expenditure practices, employee productivity, safety protocols, aviation laws, national security matters, and additional subjects.
β’ Utilize data analytics to forecast and estimate various aviation-related outcomes.
β’ Conduct operational assessments and formulate operational concepts.
β’ Examine architecture, comprehensive systems design, operational concepts, design frameworks, and implementation strategies.
β’ Execute data-driven evaluations, including alternative strategies when interdependent projects face delays.
β’ Discover opportunities for the integration of new technologies.
β’ Offer technical guidance in strategic planning, research and development, operations research, systems engineering, and the creation of briefings.
β’ Prepare and create documentation and presentations.
β’ Deliver hands-on support for Business Process Re-engineering, encompassing As-Is, To-Be, and Alternatives Analysis.
β’ Suggest enhancements to current processes and procedures for organizations affiliated with the BNATCS RSR Program.
β’ A Bachelor's degree along with 2β5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with over 1 year of experience.
β’ Five years of pertinent experience may replace the requirement for a Bachelor's Degree.
β’ Comparable aviation data analyst experience in the U.S. Military or an international control environment is acceptable.
β’ Proficiency in aviation data analysis tools and software, such as Tableau, Excel, or equivalent platforms.
β’ A strong grasp of FAA regulations, national security protocols, and industry best practices is highly preferred.
β’ Experience in developing and delivering technical briefings to stakeholders across various organizational tiers.
β’ Capability to perform Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and spearhead process improvement initiatives.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including the preparation of technical documents and reports.
β’ Familiarity with systems engineering and operations research methodologies is advantageous.
β’ U.S. Citizenship is required.
β’ Capability to obtain and sustain FAA public trust and FAA resume approval.
