Junior Attorney – Employment Law, Plaintiff-Side Representation of Banking Employees

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Prepare legal documents and appeals

• Provide guidance and support to clients

• Engage in employment hearings, including training and ongoing development

• Manage employment law issues with a focus on representing banking employees

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree with current registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)

• Enthusiasm for practicing and enhancing skills in employment litigation

• Profile characterized by problem-solving, proactivity, organization, and responsibility

• Strong aptitude for learning and legal reasoning

• Willingness to accept constructive feedback

• Exceptional communication and legal writing abilities

• Previous experience in legal practice, regardless of the area (preferred)

• Significant experience in procedural practice and hearings (preferred)

• Familiarity with employment law (preferred)

• Background in representing employees or dealing with cases involving banking employees (preferred)
