This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Facilitate the implementation of ABM campaigns targeting 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many segments.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to create focused outreach strategies.
• Evaluate campaign performance, engagement metrics, and pipeline statistics.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency of campaigns.
• Aid in the management of campaign workflows, schedules, and deliverables.
• Utilize ABM and marketing technology platforms to carry out and monitor campaign effectiveness.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of ABM strategies, tools, and industry best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM, or field marketing.
• Basic understanding of ABM frameworks, including 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many methodologies.
• Practical experience with Salesforce for tracking campaigns, reporting, and analyzing pipeline data.
• Capability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable improvements for campaigns.
• Strong organizational abilities and project management expertise.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with marketing and sales tools such as ZoomInfo, intent data platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management applications.
