• Automate engineering support and operational processes.
• Design and implement engineering copilots, RAG systems, context management solutions, internal engineering assistants, and workflow automation agents.
• Integrate AI with engineering systems, repositories, CI/CD platforms, documentation, observability tools, and operational data sources.
• Deploy and maintain production-quality AI services.
• Ensure observability, monitoring, assessment, and operational reliability of systems.
• Optimize AI systems for latency, cost efficiency, and scalability.
• Maintain secure and sustainable integrations.
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles.
• Proficient in Python programming.
• Experience in developing backend systems, APIs, and automation tools.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and Linux environments.
• Practical knowledge of LLM systems and AI tools.
• Experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, vector search, workflow orchestration, and AI evaluation.
• Capability to build production-grade systems rather than just prototypes.
• Experience with CI/CD systems.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, containers, observability tools, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native environments.
• Understanding of operational workflows and the challenges within the engineering lifecycle.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with OpenStack ecosystems.
• Experience in large-scale monorepo or multi-repository environments.
• Knowledge of engineering analytics and developer productivity metrics.
• Familiarity with infrastructure observability and incident management systems.
