This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance both existing and new affiliate partnerships;
• Achieve departmental objectives and personal key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Conduct regular assessments of affiliate performance to evaluate their effectiveness and ensure profitability;
• Identify and track the Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI);
• Oversee the affiliate's marketing expenditures, ensuring alignment with the established budgets;
• Ensure that all affiliate marketing materials, including campaigns, designs, landing pages, bonus offers, and links, are current and accurate.
• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or above;
• Knowledge of Spanish would be an asset;
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities;
• Strong skills in negotiation, along with effective written and verbal communication;
• Capability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions that enhance profitability;
• Familiarity with key affiliate manager concepts such as traffic, conversion, CPC, CPA, income, profit, and ROMI;
• Proficient analytical skills and experience in fraud management;
• Prior experience in roles such as Account Manager, Customer Support Manager, or Marketing Manager is advantageous.
