Junior Administrative Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Verification and processing of fiscal documents (NF-e, CT-e, NFS), receipts, and invoices within the EBS system;

• Renaming documents and archiving them to the permanent records section;

• Inputting invoices for various operations: Freight, Services, Direct Load, Inventory, Import, Transfers, Shipping Manifest, Return Shipments, and more;

• Verification and processing of freight in the CTMS system for both inbound and outbound operations;

• Providing internal customer support for information and reporting.

• Completion of high school education (Secondary education).
