This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Establish and nurture effective professional relationships with medical providers, claims adjusters, and clients.

• Experience in occupational medicine, emergency department, or urgent care is preferred.
• California nurse licensure is required.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in computer operations.
• A typing speed of at least 30 to 40 words per minute is essential.
• Excellent oral communication and telephone skills are a must.
• Ability to comprehend state laws and guidelines is necessary.
• The Clinical Advisor Services Analyst is tasked with conducting telephonic assessments of work-related injuries.
