Nurse Utilization – Clinical Analyst, Bilingual Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture effective professional relationships with medical providers, claims adjusters, and clients.

• Exhibit exceptional communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Apply fundamental problem-solving abilities to facilitate early intervention and recognition of injuries.

• Channel recommended care to network providers.

• Conduct follow-ups on injury status.

• Ensure accurate and thorough documentation in files using standard formats.

• Adhere to all established standards, procedures, and protocols.

• Maintain an overall quality assurance average of 95%.

• Engage in departmental projects and attend meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active and unencumbered registered nursing license.

• A minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.

• The primary RN license must be a compact license.

• Experience in occupational medicine, emergency department, or urgent care is preferred.

• California nurse licensure is required.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in computer operations.

• A typing speed of at least 30 to 40 words per minute is essential.

• Excellent oral communication and telephone skills are a must.

• Ability to comprehend state laws and guidelines is necessary.
