Junior Accounts Receivable Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing the complete billing process

• Ensure precise application of customer payments to overdue invoices and perform daily account reconciliations

• Act as the main contact for customer billing questions

• Work together to maintain the data accuracy and functionality of our proprietary in-house billing system

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in business management (Office clerk)

• Certification as a Financial Accountant is a plus

• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or general ledger accounting is advantageous

• High level of proficiency in Excel

• Experience with custom ERPs or proprietary billing software is a significant advantage

• Full professional fluency in German along with strong communicative skills in English (B2 level or higher)
