• Invoice billing: guarantee precise and prompt processing of invoices.
• Manage cash allocations by reconciling bank statements with remittance advices, closing paid invoices, and accurately recording cash entries.
• Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams regarding accounts receivable issues.
• Address and resolve inquiries from customers and stakeholders, primarily through email.
• Bachelor's degree (or current student) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken);
• Previous experience in accounting or administrative roles is preferred;
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable processes or prior experience in an international business setting is considered an advantage.
