Junior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist Sales Representatives with post-sale tasks and serve as the main point of contact for customer support.

• Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities within designated accounts.

• Ensure the accuracy of CRM and Case Management records.

• Facilitate proactive communication and follow-up with clients.

• Aid in the creation of quotes, proposals, or product documentation.

• Organize onboarding resources or training sessions for new clients.

• Recognize recurring service challenges or process inefficiencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or similar positions; experience in healthcare or SaaS sectors is preferred.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Strong organizational capabilities, with expertise in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
