This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Execute competitive processes (RFP, RFQ, tenders).

• Provide support and carry out material purchasing.

• Coordinate and lead negotiation processes with suppliers to optimize resources.

• Ensure compliance with policies, timelines, and standards of the process.

• Manage multiple processes simultaneously, maintaining traceability and organized documentation.

• Prepare weekly reports tracking the execution of processes.

• Document activities conducted in the database.

• Manage the purchasing process in accordance with defined procedures.

• Oversee processes through the client's ERP platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional in fields such as Administration, Engineering, or related areas, with a specialization.

• A minimum of six (6) years of general experience and five (5) years of specific experience in managing and addressing Supply Chain Management processes (RFI, RFP, Service Orders, Amendments, Contracts), material management and purchasing, warehouse management; preferably in the hydrocarbons sector or related industries (gas, energy, mining, etc.).

• Experience with procurement processes or SCM - RFI, RFP, Service Orders, Amendments, Contracts.

• Management and purchasing of materials.

• Warehouse management.

• Development of evaluation matrices.

• Technical and economic analysis of offers.

• Proficiency in office tools and advanced Excel.

• Mastery of ERP systems: SAP for procurement processes.
