• Developing photorealistic assets that align with the standards of contemporary AAA projects
• Preparing assets for integration into game engines, ensuring their optimal real-time performance
• Collaborating closely with technical artists and game designers
• Designing and configuring materials, tiles, and decals
• Handling high-poly photogrammetric objects
• Carrying out performance optimization and resolving bugs
• A relevant higher education degree or a minimum of 1 year of experience as a 3D artist
• Fundamental understanding of the following processes: - Low-poly and high-poly creation (Blender, Maya, ZBrush, 3ds Max)
• Knowledge of the PBR pipeline
• Proficiency in UV mapping
• Experience in baking maps such as normal and AO
• Texturing experience in Substance Painter
• Background in collaborating with artists, designers, and technical experts
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
• Self-motivated, independent, and inquisitive
• Language proficiency: Basic English; additional languages are advantageous
• Preferred: Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity
• Strong, high-quality portfolio
• Advanced skills in ZBrush
• Basic understanding of level art and lighting
• Experience in game development companies
