This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop a monthly revenue comparison

• Prepare a weekly volume comparison

• Assist in calculating gross margin per client

• Create a report template for submission to the directors

• Send quarterly budgets to directors for completion

• Compile spreadsheets for Controller approval

• Forward the approved budget to the directors

• Monthly send the budget versus actual comparison to the directors

• Aid in identifying values outside the budget and report to the Controller

• Currently pursuing a high school diploma or higher education

• Interest in financial, administrative, or accounting fields

• Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets

• Eager to learn and grow professionally

• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

• Ability to organize and manage information in spreadsheets

• Keen interest in learning about financial indicators

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proactive attitude

• Good communication skills

• Analytical capabilities
