This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Design, develop, and set up SharePoint communication and team sites utilizing site templates, custom page layouts, and web parts.
• Create site architecture encompassing navigation, libraries, lists, content types, and metadata schemas.
• Modify the appearance of SharePoint sites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build and launch custom client-side SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts and extensions.
• Evaluate business processes and design Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, and data transfers.
• Develop and tailor Power Apps forms for SharePoint lists.
• Connect SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services and external data sources through Power Platform connectors.
• Provide guidance to site content managers on best practices for information organization and maintenance.
• Set up and manage SharePoint search functionalities, including result sources and promoted results.
• Support the migration of content from legacy file shares or older systems to SharePoint Online.
• Deliver Tier 2/3 technical support for SharePoint-related issues, custom solutions, workflows, and permissions.
• Oversee site permissions and security groups.
• Monitor, maintain, and update custom solutions and workflows.
• 3–5 years of experience in web or application development.
• Minimum of 2 years dedicated to developing and administering Microsoft SharePoint solutions; SharePoint Online experience preferred.
• Proven experience in building workflows and forms using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoW Security Clearance.
• Expertise in SharePoint Online site creation and administration.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Comprehensive understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with SharePoint permissions, content types, and metadata management.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and communication skills.
• Knowledge of a client-side scripting framework such as React is advantageous.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly preferred, including Power Platform App Maker Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate.
