Journeyman Data & Insights Specialist

📋 Description

• Gather, cleanse, and analyze intricate datasets to provide actionable insights.

• Create interactive dashboards to showcase performance trends.

• Conduct delivery tasks that support analytics and data products.

• Assist in requirements analysis for reporting and analytics use cases.

• Contribute to delivery documentation while aiding user validation and test execution.

• Provide precise, insightful, and actionable data analyses.

• Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity.

• Proactively identify and resolve data-related issues.

• Employ statistical methods, data mining algorithms, and machine learning models to analyze large datasets.

• Develop and sustain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using data visualization tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Information Technology along with five (5) years of professional IT experience.

• Must be able to successfully complete, pass, and maintain a public trust investigation.

• Experience in crafting and managing reports, dashboards, and visualizations using data visualization tools like Tableau to effectively convey key metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators to stakeholders.

• Exceptional analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information and manage stakeholder relationships.
