Joint Training Systems Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of a nationwide Joint Training Readiness Services contract in support of the National Guard Bureau.

• Provide comprehensive contract leadership, engage with customers, supervise staffing, ensure quality assurance, and set strategic direction.

• Act as the principal liaison with Government leadership.

• Offer technical and functional expertise in Joint Training System processes, readiness assessments, and the development of mission essential tasks.

• Assist in the creation of the Joint Mission Essential Task List (JMETL).

• Aid in the assessments of Mission Essential Tasks.

• Create annual Joint Training Plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in Joint Training.

• In-depth understanding of Joint Training System processes.

• Proven experience in developing Joint Mission Essential Task Lists (JMETLs).

• Experience in supporting assessments of Mission Essential Tasks.

• Background in developing annual Joint Training Plans.

• Knowledge of CJCS Joint Training publications.

• An active Secret Clearance is required.
