Job Coach Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple course curriculums, conducting 1–2 full-day training sessions weekly.

• Instruct on employability subjects such as CV writing for Germany, interview techniques, job searching, and LinkedIn usage.

• Teach essential soft skills, including conflict resolution, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and workplace culture.

• Provide guidance tailored to German hiring practices.

• Offer structured feedback to students and establish short-term challenges.

• Prepare a concise weekly outcomes report.

• Facilitate Professional Impact Skills training in English for international professionals entering the German job market.

• Assist groups of mid-career professionals and individuals transitioning careers.

• Potentially conduct multiple training sessions simultaneously, totaling around 20 hours per week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Germany within HR/recruiting, coaching, or hiring partnerships.

• Demonstrated facilitation abilities in areas related to job coaching or employability.

• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant training materials or resources.

• Proficient in English and possess strong German language skills.

• Reliable setup for delivering live sessions.

• Available to commence either immediately or in January 2027.

• Status as a freelancer or independent contractor.

• Availability for training sessions one to two days per week, Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm.
