Jefe de equipo de desarrollo de producto

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborate in defining the product plan and take responsibility for its planning and execution.

• Report to management on the status of the plan and the measures taken to achieve its objectives.

• Oversee the product development team, which is one of the strategic lines of the company.

• Foster a company culture by conveying its values and creating an environment conducive to personal and professional growth for the team.

• Actively collaborate with the operations manager and the technology manager to consider the needs for product evolution.

• Ensure adherence to client development plans.

• Ensure the proper functional and technical definition of developments, as well as testing and deployment plans that guarantee successful completion without impacting operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in managing development projects and their lifecycle (definition, planning, monitoring, testing, and deployment).

• Experience in client management and development demand.

• Experience in team management and training to promote a growth-oriented environment while achieving objectives.

• Experience with tracking and lifecycle control tools for developments.

• Experience in defining methodologies and procedures for monitoring and executing product developments.

• Design and evolution of web applications.

• Knowledge of web architectures based on microservices.

• Proficiency in PHP, particularly with the Symfony 2 framework and higher; knowledge in JavaEE and Node.js is a plus.

• HIGHLY VALUABLE: Knowledge of unit and functional testing, SOLID principles, TDD, and/or CLEAN architectures.

• Familiarity with Rest and Soap Interfaces.

• Knowledge of databases (MySQL).

• Desirable functional knowledge of the Telco industry, including experience in cataloging, sales, contracting, processing, provisioning, billing, collections, recovery, and incentives.
