This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

• Implement agile methodologies in software development processes

• Establish strong relationships with architects, developers, analysts, and other team members within the development team

• Effectively communicate with peers and stakeholders in the delivery team

• Manage workloads independently while escalating critical issues as necessary

• Participate in the Customer Application project for a global financial services provider

• Contribute to the technological modernization of a key mobile self-service application utilized by over 800,000 users

• Assist in enhancing scalability, performance, and accessibility compliance across the organization's European operations

• At least 3 years of experience in this role developing complex solutions

• Proficiency in React Native (iOS and Android) and React Native Expo

• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript

• Experience with Google Play and App Store Connect

• Familiarity with Firebase Services (Push, Crashlytics)

• Expertise in Git/source control, including branching and pull requests

• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and SCRUM software development methodologies

• Fluent in English

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Valid AWS Certified Developer – Associate certificate is a plus

• Knowledge of Snyk or similar security tools

• Proficiency in Kibana or similar logging solutions

• Experience working within a Product Operating Model
