This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Spearhead the technical design, architecture, and development of comprehensive full-stack solutions utilizing Java and contemporary UI frameworks.

• Oversee a team of developers throughout the phases of design, architecture, implementation, deployment, and support.

• Provide mentorship and assistance to developers in coding, testing, and system design best practices.

• Conduct code reviews and promote ongoing enhancements in engineering practices.

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

• Direct the planning, estimation, and prioritization of development initiatives.

• Manage the setup of the CI/CD pipeline and work closely with DevOps.

• Advocate for Agile methodologies and actively participate in PI planning, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Assume responsibility for deliverables, deployments, and production support as necessary.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Core, and RESTful services.

• Between 8 to 12 years of experience in software engineering.

• At least 2 to 3 years in a technical or team lead capacity.

• Proven experience in team leadership and mentorship.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect technical and business teams.

• Experience in delivering intricate enterprise software solutions.

• Proficient in Angular or ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Solid understanding of Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL and PL/SQL.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture, Docker/Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD practices.

• Background in test-driven development, unit testing, and automation.

• Awareness of observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.

• Ability to lead discussions on technical design and architecture.

• Capability to mentor developers and uphold coding best practices.
