Java Developer Analyst – Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Development and frameworks in Java / Java EE (Spring, JSF, EJB, JPA, Hibernate);

• Corporate software architecture encompassing SOA, microservices, and containers;

• Application of design patterns and Enterprise Integration Patterns;

• Expertise in multi-tenant architectures;

• System integration utilizing REST, Web Services, JMS, and Service Bus;

• Advanced data modeling, intricate SQL, and optimization for high performance;

• Implementation of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) at scale;

• Proficiency in automated testing, TDD, ATDD, as well as load, performance, and vulnerability testing;

• Focus on code quality through continuous refactoring and inspection using tools like SonarQube;

• Ensuring application security (OWASP standards, authentication, authorization, LDAP, etc.);

• Experience with high-performance systems managing large volumes of data and transactions;

• Capability to work in critical and mission-essential environments;

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, taking on a technical leadership role within the team;

• Serving as a technical and architectural reference;

• Skill in defining technical standards and directing strategic decisions;

• Providing technical mentoring to Junior, Mid, and Senior developers;

• Maintaining clear communication with both technical and business stakeholders;

• Demonstrating proactivity in identifying and mitigating technical risks;

• Strong analytical capabilities and decision-making skills in critical situations;

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Java Analyst/Developer on complex IT solutions.

• Bachelor's degree either in progress or completed in Information Technology with a minimum of 360 hours; or a Bachelor's degree in any discipline along with postgraduate studies (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in IT, also with a minimum of 360 hours.

• Required certifications: Oracle Certified Professional – Java SE Programmer (version 5 or higher).
