Java Coding Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with language models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios utilizing Java.

• Ensure logical accuracy and proficiency in coding.

• Evaluate code quality and clarity.

• Capture and document reproducible error traces.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Challenge sophisticated language models on asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems.

• Record model failure modes to strengthen model reasoning.

• Assist in generating high-quality training data for the upcoming generation of AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient Java coding skills.

• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.

• Understanding of software architecture.

• Experience in both frontend and backend development.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure.

• Knowledge of systems programming.

• Experience in asynchronous programming.

• Proficient in RESTful API integration.

• Understanding of memory management.

• Knowledge of object-oriented design principles.

• Adherence to secure coding practices.

• Expertise in debugging distributed systems.

• A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field is preferred.

• Practical Java experience, technical writing skills, or contributions to open-source projects indicate a strong fit.

• Ability to communicate clearly and metacognitively, demonstrating your thought process.

• Must provide a secure computer and reliable high-speed internet connection.
