Japan Trip Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Oversee the year-round operations of evoTrip’s Japan platform.

• Specialize in Snow and Mountain Biking adventures.

• Expand the Japan Trips portfolio into a comprehensive year-round adventure platform in Japan.

• Integrate product development, vendor management, and operational leadership to provide exceptional guest experiences while scaling efficiently.

• Work closely with evo’s North American team to enhance products and adapt trip offerings in Japan for North American travelers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in travel, adventure tourism, or hospitality operations.

• Extensive operational background in managing trips, tours, hotels, or related experiences.

• Proficient in vendor negotiation and partnership management.

• Experience in leading seasonal teams.

• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel domestically 60% of the time.
