Jailbreaking Lead – Red Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Spearhead jailbreaking initiatives on the most critical assignments.

• Personally create universal jailbreaks for both frontier closed- and open-weight models.

• Collaborate with Kellin to define the jailbreaking research agenda.

• Engage directly with leading labs and government entities to ensure findings result in tangible mitigations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven history of identifying high-severity vulnerabilities in cutting-edge AI systems.

• Extensive hands-on experience in jailbreaking.

• Established background in AI, adversarial machine learning, security, or another highly technical field.

• Developed innovative attack classes.

• Strong commitment to mission-driven work and a passion for making a significant impact on frontier AI systems.
