This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Handle support inquiries
• Conduct initial analyses
• Maintain tickets and documentation
• Perform simple fixes under guidance
• Assist with installations, rollouts, and onsite troubleshooting (e.g., PC workstations, printing/scanning, network cabling/switches, card readers)
• Utilize checklists, ensure clean handovers, and document lessons learned
• Mandatory internship as part of your studies or training (proof from university/school required)
• Interest in IT systems, networks, and practical technology
• Reliable, structured work approach and customer-oriented communication
• Willingness to travel nationwide for client appointments (part of the internship)
• Class B driver's license (for onsite assignments)
• Initial experience with Windows, M365, AD, networks, and hardware. Previous experience with ticket systems or personal home lab/projects is preferred
• Remote-first: Work from home, no office requirement
• Practical experience over theory: real customer environments, genuine problems, real solutions
• Planned assignments: Onsite appointments are coordinated; standards/checklists in place to avoid chaos
• Mentoring: Dedicated contact person, structured onboarding, clear learning objectives
• Strong prospects: Excellent performance may lead to an option for a working student position or employment after the internship
