Ivalua Integration Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• As an Ivalua Integration Consultant, you will concentrate on the technical implementation of integrations within the Ivalua platform.

• You will implement and configure integrations within the Ivalua platform.

• Work with the Ivalua Integration Framework.

• Develop API-based and batch integrations.

• Define and implement data mappings and transformation logic (XML, JSON).

• Ensure data quality in Ivalua by preventing duplicates, supporting partial updates, and managing joint master data ownership.

• Create technical integration and mapping specifications.

• Execute technical tests, including unit, system, and end-to-end tests.

• Analyze and resolve integration and data-related issues.

• Monitor and stabilize operational Ivalua integrations.

• Take ownership of specific Ivalua integration topics.

• Collaborate closely with functional consultants and client IT teams.

• Contribute to technical discussions, effort estimations, and solution design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience with the Ivalua platform, particularly in integrations (approximately 2–3 years).

• Experience with the Ivalua Integration Framework.

• Proficient knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, and SQL.

• Ability to implement and troubleshoot integrations independently.

• Structured and solution-oriented working approach.

• High standards of quality and a strong sense of ownership.

• Experience with ERP integrations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, MS Dynamics) is a plus.

• Familiarity with SAP IDocs, BAPIs, or RFCs is advantageous.

• Experience with middleware solutions (e.g., SAP CPI/PO, MuleSoft, Boomi) is beneficial.

• Basic understanding of procurement and source-to-pay processes is a plus.

• Ivalua certifications (Integration, Platform, or Functional) are desirable.
