This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Ongoing development and governance of the IT Service Portfolio Management process
• Establishment of binding standards for service descriptions, SLAs, KPIs, and reporting
• Management of reviews and decision-making processes for new or modified IT services
• Support for service managers throughout the entire service lifecycle
• Close collaboration with internal departments and external service providers (in a SIAM environment)
• Several years of experience in IT Service Management, preferably in Service Portfolio Management
• Strong understanding of SIAM and multi-vendor models
• Experience with common ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is an advantage
• ITIL certification (e.g., ITIL 4 MP) is desirable
• Excellent proficiency in German and English
• Strong communication skills at the management and stakeholder level
