ITSM Consultant – Jira Service Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive JSM implementations from start to finish

• Design, set up, and enhance ITSM processes

• Create and sustain knowledge bases in Confluence

• Plan, configure, and manage integrations between JSM and external systems

• Conduct organized discovery workshops

• Act as a reliable advisor to stakeholders

• Lead training sessions and offer support after implementation

• Generate high-quality documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant hands-on experience as a Jira Administrator, Atlassian Consultant, or ITSM Platform Lead

• Demonstrated proficiency in configuring Jira Service Management and designing ITSM processes

• Strong understanding of ITIL v4 frameworks

• Experience leading client-facing discovery sessions, gathering requirements, and presenting to stakeholders

• Advanced skills in Jira automation using the native rule builder

• Familiarity with managing Atlassian Cloud administration

• Proven ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects

• Must be eligible for obtaining and maintaining U.S. government security clearance
