ITOM Specialist, ServiceNow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Set up and manage ServiceNow Discovery, including MID Servers, probes, sensors, and patterns.

• Execute and oversee Service Mapping, outlining topologies and relationships between services and infrastructure.

• Connect ServiceNow with inventory and security tools such as SCCM, Intune, Axonius, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Jamf, Tanium, Lansweeper, and others.

• Create and utilize REST/SOAP APIs, developing data sources, import sets, and transform maps to incorporate external data.

• Conduct technical troubleshooting and modify data collection, connectivity, or data transformation as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with clients and the internal team to ensure the successful technical delivery of projects.

• Maintain documentation for configurations, scripts, integrations, and best practices implemented.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in ITOM projects, particularly in Discovery and Service Mapping.

• Practical experience with inventory and security tools: SCCM, Intune, Axonius, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Jamf, Tanium, Lansweeper.

• Technical expertise in integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and secure authentication methods (OAuth2, JWT, certificate).

• Strong skills in JavaScript within the ServiceNow platform.

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Proficiency in technical English (reading and writing).

• Previous experience in consulting or professional services projects.
