This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance and modernize service delivery within ITSM platforms.
• Design automations, integrate systems, and create orchestration workflows that expedite mission outcomes and minimize operational challenges across Defense programs.
• Develop automated workflows that optimize ITIL/ITSM processes (Change, Incident, Request, CMDB, etc.).
• Integrate platforms such as ServiceNow, cloud services, monitoring tools, and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Create reusable automations that decrease manual effort and elevate service quality throughout the enterprise.
• Work collaboratively with service owners to convert ITIL processes into actionable automated workflows.
• Implement orchestration that links infrastructure, applications, and support systems.
• Contribute to wider modernization efforts by standardizing automation best practices.
• Over 8 years of relevant experience.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Extensive experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow is preferred).
• Practical experience in building automations, REST integrations, and workflow orchestration.
• Strong grasp of ITIL processes and the fundamentals of service management.
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell).
• Experience with the integration of cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and CI/CD systems.
• Capability to collaborate across teams to identify automation needs and provide effective solutions.
• Candidate must hold an active SECRET clearance and have the ability to obtain TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of progressive work experience.
