This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a team responsible for ERP data management, including onboarding new Item File Analysts, providing training, and managing performance.
• Serve as the primary support for the team in resolving issues.
• Provide performance coaching, constructive feedback, and recognition to assigned direct report associates.
• Evaluate Item File data structures and ERP Item File metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and streamline operations.
• Identify gaps in data standards and facilitate collaborative discussions with Item File leadership, Supply Chain, and Division Operations.
• Lead project initiatives encompassing analysis, implementation, and validation phases.
• Implement quality assurance strategies to reduce errors in ERP data management and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Audit, track, and report on associate accuracy and volume metrics for tickets completed by the team.
• Develop new processes or enhance existing Item File workflows to support training and document best practices for team use.
• Provide continuous training and development for the Item File team members on best practices and established processes.
• Address any ERP data management issues to improve customer experience.
• Ensure effective escalation of issues and maintain clear communication throughout the organization with associates at all levels.
• Update the manager of the Item File team on project progress and milestones.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Over 5 years of industry experience with proven expertise in Item File data management processes.
• Demonstrated capability to lead, motivate, train, and support team members.
• In-depth knowledge of the building material industry to fulfill Supply Chain objectives.
• Strong understanding of the building material industry and ERP data management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and skilled in data manipulation.
• Established ability to manage and inspire a team to achieve high performance and meet operational targets.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data analysis and implementing improvements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Mastery of tools required to extract and manage data.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
