• Offer high-quality, expert technical support to customers who speak Italian regarding Fitbit wearable devices and applications.

• Address complex inquiries related to health data, activity tracking, and device synchronization.

• Provide personalized troubleshooting solutions to guarantee an optimal user experience and achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.

• Educate users about the advanced health monitoring features of Fitbit products.

• Keep detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.

• Work collaboratively with international teams to identify trends in hardware or software issues and give product feedback.

• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm during customer interactions.

• Native or fluent Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.

• Demonstrated interest or passion for the Fitness & Wellness industry and health-focused technology.

• A valid EU passport is required for legal employment.

• Outstanding communication skills with an emphasis on empathy, patience, and customer success.

• Strong digital literacy and the capability to quickly learn new software platforms.

• Prior experience in technical support or customer service is strongly preferred for positions in Bulgaria.
