• Prior experience with SAP, Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar CRM platforms is advantageous.
• A robust customer-centric mindset.
• Empathy and exceptional listening abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
• Organized and structured approach, with excellent time management skills.
• A proactive "can-do" attitude in a fast-paced work environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
• Previous experience in BPO and roles related to Customer Success or Account Management.
• A proven track record showcasing the skills and attributes specified in this document.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Italian (speech, writing, reading, comprehension).
