• You will primarily provide guidance to customers on utilizing AI and automation to eliminate manual workflows and enhance the scalability of their internal processes.
• You empower customers to convert business challenges into technically advanced, automated solutions tailored to their ecosystem.
• With your technical expertise and a "problem-solving-first" approach, you establish profound trust and demonstrate how the tool can significantly expedite customers' progress towards their objectives.
• You adeptly navigate customer organizations to identify opportunities for digital transformation and the integration of new technologies.
• You utilize usage data and insights to create communication strategies that effectively promote technical maturity and foster the growth of the customer relationship.
• You conduct focused workshops and training sessions, aiming for customers not only to adopt their new solutions but to genuinely appreciate and master them with confidence.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Implementation Consulting.
• Technical affinity: a solid understanding of how APIs function, how data flows between systems, and how to analyze integration logic.
• Change management expertise: experience in guiding organizations through software transitions or process optimizations (transformation management).
• Executive presence: exceptional communication skills to establish technical credibility with both end users and C-level executives.
• Analytical mindset: a passion for leveraging data to uncover opportunities in your customer portfolio and strategize the next "big win."
• Adaptability: a positive, high-energy attitude with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-evolving technological landscape.
• Nice to have: experience in strategy consulting or business process mapping.
• Language proficiency: you possess very good German (C1) and good English (B2).
